The Problem
​Provision Power & Gas, previously focused exclusively on door-to-door sales, ventured into digital marketing for the first time. However, their in-house efforts struggled to effectively reach consumers and achieve their ambitious KPIs.
To achieve their goals, they emphasized price savings for customers. However, their true aim was to center the brand and its messaging around the positive environmental impact of offset energy.

Through dynamic brainstorming sessions with my client and in-depth creative research, we discovered that a strong, lifelike oak tree resonated deeply with our consumers as the brand mascot. This powerful symbol significantly enhanced our brand recognition, leading to noticeable positive results.
Art Direction Phase
With our new mascot and tone boosting brand recognition and awareness, we shifted our focus back to the environmental messaging that the company was committed to.

We seamlessly transitioned to the company’s core environmental messaging. Through testing, we discovered that straightforward environmentalist messaging consistently outperformed longer-form content.
Our Path Was Clear
Leverage the power of our refined brand identity and simple, impactful environmental messaging to drive the company’s success. With the new initiative and revised creative, we were able to boost SQL's by an astounding 23% in just three months!
