The Problem
Provision Power & Gas had built their business entirely on door-to-door sales. When they moved into digital marketing for the first time, their in-house team struggled to translate that ground game into online performance.
They were positioning the brand around price savings, but the company's actual mission was bigger than that. Their offset energy product had genuine environmental impact, and the marketing needed to reflect what they actually believed in.

Working closely with the client and grounded in consumer research, we landed on an oak tree as the brand's central visual. The choice was deliberate. Trees carry environmental meaning without needing explanation, and a single recurring visual gave the brand something distinctive to anchor around.
Art Direction Phase
With the visual identity working, we shifted focus to the environmental story the company actually wanted to tell.

We pivoted to the environmental message at the core of the brand. Testing showed that direct, short-form environmental messaging consistently outperformed longer narrative content, which shaped how we approached the next round of creative.
Our Path Was Clear
The path forward combined the refined brand identity with short, direct environmental messaging. Within three months, SQLs grew 23 percent.
